  • Took my puppy Yorkie for his first trim. He had silky hair without a single tangle. I specifically asked for just a trim. Instead of a trim, the groomer shaved him without letting me know. I was in shock after I saw him when I went to pick him up. I don't think the groomer had much experience. Some patches of hair were longer than the others. She even shaved his ears and snout. It was just terrible! I came to this place because it had good reviews on yelp, but I was extremely disappointed. Hair always grows back, and this haircut won't be permanent, so I wasn't too upset, but overall disappointed in the quality. On a positive note, the staff did seem nice.
