  • I met Colleen today 11/6/2017 last week I visited this store Ft Apache Tropicana location and put a trampoline on hold because I already had one and I needed to get rid of the prior one that I had and told the salesman I would be back in this week now I got rid of it LAST ONE this Sunday today's Monday I came in and I asked them because I noticed that I seen a brand new one online for less so I asked them what they reduce the price a little bit and Colleen comes up why are we doing things on layaway first off if I'm the LAYAWAY Customer don't you think that's rude to ask why are we doing things on Layaway THATS A BACK OFFICE DISCUSSION so because I'm BLACK YO THINK I COULD NOT AFFORD IT ALL UPFRONT then she states to the sales rep just give her $50 back which I was very offended and I told her that I actually wanted it I just wanted to see if she would do a price drop and I had to sit and think about it it was really offensive and it pissed me off because I just gave away my other kids trampoline so I can get this one and then you're telling your customer service reps to give me my money back because you guys didn't do Layaway but that was not my fault and that really shows your customer service skills AND THE FACT SHE WANTED TO WALK OVER TO MEASURE THE TRAMPOLINE ALL THAT FOR A $10 price knock off Im OFFENDED I decided to get my 50 back after she told them to just give it to me for the cheapest price because I thought about it I can go pay 171 online for A BRAND NEW NOT USED to get it delivered to my door for free instead of paying $215 +30for delivery HER customer service sucks and I was not a happy customer and I would never return to her store AND NOW MY KIDS HAVE NO TRAMPOLINE SO THDG HAVE TO WAIT EVEN LONGER
