  • 03/22/16 There is no rating for 00...in order to post this review I had to chose 1 star. I went for my appt & arrived early as requested...there was no one there to greet me or let me know what to do. After waiting 15 mins past my appt...Courtney came out said she couldn't do my appt no explanations or apologies. Come to find out she came in sick. I understand ppl get ill but she came in that way...give me the courtesy of calling & canceling my appt. They were able to send me a text an hr before to make sure I was reminded of my appt. I was asked if I could return the next day at 10 after I told them I had a flight to catch at 12...REALLY...the appt takes 1 1/2 hrs. These ppl are very unprofessional & it was a good thing I didn't get the service done...I'm sure it would have been a disaster!!! Would NOT recommend this business!!!
