  • I almost always trust Yelp, but this time it let me down big.. I have absolutely no idea how they have any good reviews. Took over 3 weeks to NOT get my Air Conditioning unit looked at. Didn't return my calls. Didn't show up for the appointment. Then said they would schedule a new one and didn't. I had to call once again to ask when they would be showing up for the Secretary to not have any idea. Then they didn't have anyone the week of Thanksgiving. And then finally they increased the price, so I finally gave up and am now going to find someone else.
