rev:text	Craft beer is here to stay in Vegas, and what better place to put such a cool new brewery than the ever-evolving Arts District off Charleston. Hop Nuts is definitely a cool spot, and for sure we're gonna tell all our beer-loving buddies to check it out once in the neighborhood! I'm still unsure whether they have an actual parking lot or not, but thankfully it was Christmas Eve and not terribly busy throughout the district. Bro and I opted for a flight of every single beer of theirs -- and tbh we weren't huge fans of the brown ale or the double IPA, at ALL -- but everything else proved to range from semi-decent to pretty darn good. Thankfully it was "$10 Growler" day, so we opted for both the Hopathon IPA and their Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout (how on EARTH this was also sold at $10 a fill, I'll never know) to take home and share with said beer-loving buddies. Our bartender/server was awesomely chill and efficient, especially with the locals/regulars. My side of the bar was graced with a friendly local who gave us plenty of insight into lots of things Vegas and beer (i.e., 18b Pale Ale is named after the official district in which Arts is located, 18b... how cool is that!); bro's side of the bar was graced with Chicago natives who also offered a great deal of perspective into the local beer experience. I can only imagine that Hop Nuts is a pretty happening place on weekends, especially for local residents... looking forward to coming back and bringing our friends!!!
