I was supposed to receive a package that required a signature but no one was home. So I called UPS to change the delivery method to pick up. Initially I was told that the item would be held for 5 business days at the facility. As a result, I asked if I they knew the approximate time the driver was going to arrive at the facility. She said no.
I called again, and the second agent I spoke to said I couldn't pick up my package today because it was placed under will call pick up. What really pisses me off is the fact that the first agent failed to notify and give me options for what kind of pick up I wanted.
I officially hate ups and think that FedEx is a better company. When no one was home when a FedEx delivery came, I contacted FedEx, they notified the driver immediately and I was able to pick it up that evening. Ups customer service sucks because they don't even try to help.
