  • Disclaimer: This review is based on one thing. Rudeness. It is not based on what their repair department can do or not do. Nor, is it based on the products they sell or the prices they sell them for. Ok, now that I have said that here is my story. I walk in looking for either a Honda or a Toro lawn mower which are pretty well #1 and #2 in ranks of quality. The place is swarming with people on a Friday afternoon and most are contractors that are looking for parts and the odd residential user of this type of equipment ... like me. An elderly gentleman approaches me and helps me with the basics of what I am looking at. One half minute later, he is rude to one of his employees for not doing whatever. Next, a woman walks in holding something needing repair and he is barking at another employee to tell her to go outside and over to the repair shed they have. Anyway....he says .... "take a minute to look at these two machines" and let him know which one I want. Within 30 seconds, another woman is at the parts counter and he barks at her to "get behind the red line" and someone will get to you!!!! They have a fucking red line 18 inches away from the counter. The lady looks at me and we both telepathically acknowledge that he is a total dick. I walk out thinking...."yeah, I was going to buy something there but not anymore". Fuck you old man that thinks you are better than your employees and people that aren't contractors. Time to retire.
