  • Like many say a 1 star review is to much! Where I live in north county they are the only high speed provider in my area, which doesn't make sense since I had u-verse right up the street. They are well aware of this when I call and take advantage of this monopoly like situation. They treat their customers like shit because they are aware of the fact that they are the only choice and are total COX on the phone! Down with Cox, Time Warner please service North County!!!!
