| - After walking by this shop many, many times I finally decided to stop in today. I have a little item in mind that I've been seeking and had a few extra minutes to spare so I thought, why not.
I agree with the last reviewer, it is quite cramped, possibly more so than other consignment shops that I have visited. The items are certainly not grouped together in any way, purses and shoes are strewn all over the store in odd places. I understand that the owner is probably trying to merchandise and make displays, but this also makes it difficult to see all of the options together. I did notice there is a number of brand name accessories (Fossil, D&G, Nine West), so that might be helpful for the crowd searching for these types of items... but I noticed there was also random items or types of clothing that were definitely not my interest (Stampede clothing anyone?).
The person behind the counter (who I am assuming is the owner) was very pleasant and helpful, chatting to me and another customer as we were browsing. She made suggestions that were helpful, it was nice to be acknowledged in a store.
I'll probably stop by again when I'm wandering by, just to check out new stock or pass the time. There are other consignment shops around the city that have more selection, but maybe not as friendly of conversation.
