  • Ditto just like the rest of the reviews...time estimates are lies, office staff answering the phones are rude and act as if you are wasting their time...that's right, Joshua and Linda I'm looking at you...if that's even your names. For more fun reviews of Charity Towing, see the complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. From 5 hour waits to an eye witness seeing a Charity tow truck purposely ramming a car belonging to a customer that had cancelled their service, you'll find something to slap your knee to as you wonder how are they still in business and why do insurance companies recommend them.
