  • I've had such a great experience with this company. They take care of my property, give me regular updates and have great accounting reports. We had them start managing a property that we had rented to my wife's cousin. (We will never rent to family again). She had stopped paying the rent and was not taking care of the house. We didn't know what to do and a friend of ours referred us to Marshall Stearns. Jerrid got the property set up and called our tenant and took over from there. They charged her late fees the first time she was late in the rent and she hasn't paid late since. They also did an inspection and showed her what she was responsible for as per the lease and she has been taking care of the property a lot more. I am very happy to have found Marshall Stearns. Even with paying their management fee we are still making more than we were before so it's a total win/win.
