  • Schumacher European service department is a big rip off .I took my Mercedes CLS 550 for normal service D Service ,Schumacher European charged me around $1600 and I went to pick up my Car and noticed my aromatic suspension system was not working I end up taking my car back to them and service department after keeping my car for a day and charging me $500 to check up the system they told me that my aromatic suspension compressor it's quit working and I need to spend another $900 to replace aromatic Compressor .I knew something was not right ,It was a shady answer .I told Service department I cannot afford to spend another $900 right now and end up driving my car away from dealership like a lowrider .I decide to get a second opinion from my own mechanic. my mechanic checked my car up and manually tested the compressor and find out Compressor had no issues at all .since he didn't have the right info about my car he had to do some research to see why compressor is not working, finally after spending lots of time he figured out Aromatic system relay which is in the main fuse box is missing. I called Steve Service manager and told him what's going on and he end up giving me the wrong relay for automatic system , finally I went to different Mercedes dealer and I purchased a brand-new compressor and automatic system relay . When I put the relay in the car automatic system start working .I will never trust any authorized Mercedes dealer again. I have all the documents to prove my statements is true. Because of this rip off from her European was trying to do I end up blowing a tire because suspension was touching the tires and ate up all my four tires. I end up replacing all four new tires that they were three months old and lots of time losing business being away from my business just to take care of this problem.Wow this is not right Mr. mechanic or whoever you are or been trained to do stuff like this. I'm going to report this to mercedes-Benz corporate office in Germany hopefully someone will do something for all this time and money I lost.
