  • I've stayed here several times and this time is it has become too greedy. The connecting rooms I reserved (and confirmed several times) were not available. The lock on my door was sticky and would not open when I arrived. They have a vast selection of snacks on the dresser and a fridge full of beverages available for purchase. If those items are lifted from their display place for more than 30 seconds you are charged for them!! I asked for the alcohol to be removed from my kids' room and it took 5 phone calls and over an hour of wait time. So frustrating.
