rev:text	We were one of the first tenants to move here when there wasn't a pool built or two of the three buildings hadn't broken ground yet. When this place first opened and was being managed by Cassondra I would have given a 5 star review. Two years later, change of management, allowing what seems like anyone to rent here, over enforcing petty rules and not enforcing rules that should be I'm sorely disappointed. Pool and jacuzzi are supposed to be salt water. Wrong: smells so strong of chemicals my kids couldn't even swim this last week. Not to mention the jacuzzi is jacuzzi broken. Parking: whoever designed this place is an IDIOT!! There is no parking here... tonight I came home from work and had to park at the town hall parking structure because every spot in this place was taken! (This is the truth as well, I videoed the entire lot to send to corporate) but to rectify that we get emails saying "sorry, you can rent a garage for 99$ a month" Trash services: they don't come on weekends. Charge a high monthly fee. And you have to have your trash out between 6-8. I work a mid shift schedule from 2 to midnight. I put the trash out at 130 when I left and I received emails stating I would be given a 50$ fee if it happened again. The only dumpster in this place is a city block away from the main building! For anyone moving in plan on paying an additional 100$ a month between community electricity and trash services. I'm embarrassed that I recommended my friends move in now they're also dealing with the same low quality of service that I expect to get in government housing but not at a place that is considered "luxury" rentals.
