  • I hope "Suzee" is better at facials than she is at customer service. Spoke with her yesterday, greeted me with "are you on a groupon or not" and when I prompted yes she seemed annoyed. Asked to call me back and when I asked if I could call her back later because I was at work she said "ugh, I guess so". If you're trying to drum up business by featuring yourself on a discount app, try being professional. Especially when selling a SPA SERVICE! I'm sure you're just fine at facials but I'll never know as I returned the Groupon.
