It's like they took 3 awesome food groups that need to be served fresh and turned them all into buffets that sit out until they taste like death. Blech!
The sushi: first off nigiri should NEVER sit out! The temperature and texture of the fish and rice is imperative for good sushi. The sushi chefs (if you can even call them that because I'm sure they can't get certified serving like that) were working away to keep up yet most things just sat on the table getting hard and unappealing. None of the maki rolls had good flavor and I'm honestly surprised I didn't get sick.
The Chinese: once again a bunch of food, most that is deep fried, just sitting getting hard or soggy depending on what it's not supposed to be. The cat fish was impossible to serve as it was huge fillets filled with bones, the chicken and broccoli was dreadful, and the sweet and sour chicken had lost any sense of what it was. Not to mention the bus boys that come around take any food that's fallen on the counter and PUT IT RIGHT BACK IN THE DISH!! Gross!! How is that at all sanitary??
After all of that I didn't bother trying the Mongolian. The selection looked sad and I didn't want to wait for it.
Side note: too many items still had eyes for my liking as well.... O.o
Even the fortune cookies at the end lacked flavor and tasted stale. I will not be back and I don't recommend giving it a try
