Customer Service: 5 stars!
We paid $36.00 for two seats in a 3D IMAX theatre only to be told, 5 minutes later, that the projector was broken. The manager refunded our $36.00 and got us into a standard movie - gratis! As we were walking in, the same manager found us, told us that the projector was fixed and that the 3D IMAX version was back on! He offered his apology "for the inconvenience" and took us to our theatre. Still, no charge.
Honestly, that was too much "compensation" for our "aggravation".
