  • Beautiful store, great variety of products. Not the best prices, even on sale. HORRIBLE SERVICE! After I noticed a big mistake on my order, the manager ClĂ©mentine fixed my problem, but she didn't want to admit they were wrong. Ok, fine... I proceeded to ask their very helpful employee Audrey for advice regarding certain products. I has made it clear that I was a new mom who knew nothing about babies, and wanted to open up a baby registry there. After an hour of going through specific products, ClĂ©mentine came to see me and asked me if I was done with Audrey because it had been an hour and she needed her at the cash. As if I was bothering her! Keep it mind this was a Wednesday at 4pm. I looked around and saw a 1 client being served and another one waiting. Maybe she really did need her, but it's the way she said it... I felt unwelcome and unappreciated. Is this how you treat your customers? I was willing to open up a registry there even though many relatives and friends of mine live far away from this place, but after being treated as such, I decided to open up my registry somewhere else. It's too bad they lost thousands of dollars worth or sales because of their bad service and their condescending attitude.
