  • I came to the dealership on April 10th to take a look at bmw 435i and check the prices for lease. I was looking for a white car with M-sport package, Driver assistant plus package and LED lightning package. They found a car with all the features I asked for, gave me a decent offer and I was agreed to sign a contract. After everything was signed and deposit was charged they brought the car to the dealership. I noticed there is no Driver assistant plus package! They gave me apologies for that mistake and promised to order a new car for me with all same features. They said it will be the same price for lease and they even kept full down payment. After two months of waiting my car I came to the dealership with my friend who was also looking for a new car. And what I see: they totally changed the price, my new price should be $120 higher than it was on my contract! They didn't even let me know!!! They said the car is more expensive and you must pay more for it. After couple of minutes of arguing the manager said that he didn't promise me personally to keep the price. Well, they want me to pay more $4320 for 36 months for the additional package that cost $1700. Also the manager refused to provide a copy of my contract and they still keep the deposit! Awesome way to do business! Of course I will send my complain to the BMW head office as well.
