| - Honestly, I can't expound too much on my experience here since we only stopped for a quick beer. We're from the East End, so getting out this way can be a chore. I was happy with my experience, though (my partner lovvvved the joint), and we will be back.
Some quick points:
-Outdoor seating area looked great. We didn't get the chance to enjoy it since it was raining. That made the small brewery a bit crowded. It would be nice to come back when the weather is better.
-Dogs are allowed in the brewery. Keep that in mind if that's not your thing.
-I was a bit disappointed that the beers mentioned as being on tap on the website weren't was what on tap when we got there. Specifically, there was a sour listed on the web, which I was very excited to try, but once there, the closest thing to a sour on tap was a gose. It was good, but not particularly what I was looking for that night.
-Bartenders were very nice and attentive.
-Ambience was really nice. I'm a huge fan of chalk board menus for some reason. These new fangled TV screen menus kind of lessen the down-home experience of drinking local, craft beer. Obviously, this place catered to my tastes in that regard.
-Beer list was extensive, but, again, not too much my taste. It possibly could've been that it was later in the evening, I was tired, and just wasn't into the scene that night. Again, we will go back for another round.
All in all, a good place to try out. Wish we lived closer so I could give a more detailed review. I would probably visit frequently if I lived in the area.
