  • Latest visit was pretty awful. Came here for lunch one afternoon with a coworker and there was a huge line of people waiting to be seated. Luckily we had reservations and so we were taken to our table. We each ordered an entree, since I'm part of the restaurant's loyalty rewards program I get discounts and promotions in my inbox regularly, I was informed by the staff that I couldn't use my promotion due to some weird random company policy. The prices have increased significantly in the last 6 months, AND the food quality has definitely gone downhill. The chicken dish I got was rather stiff and over cooked. Service seemed very absent, and not very friendly. Really really disappointing, and I will very likely cancel my account and never set foot here again.
