  • I decided to give them another chance. This time I watched them as they made my order that way I can insure no dairy went into my drink. My drink was made perfectly and tasted great. Service was polite and prompt. However, they did mess up my boyfriends order. But they immediately told us that they messed up before he even realized they did it. So they remade the order for us and apologized. While I appreciate them being honest and letting him know his drink was messed up as well as remaking it, I can't help but still be upset because a mistake was made in the first place. I'll definitely be back though. Haven't given up yet, and they did make me happy knowing they admitted to a mistake and were sure to correct it. Also this time around, before we even started to order they let us know which boba and other ingredients they were out of. So they definitely did a better job at remaining properly informed.
