  • Had an oil change and air filter replacement. Five days later the check engine light came on and the vehicle started driving rough. Spent the better part of an afternoon chasing down the problem. The tech had failed to reattach the vacuum hoses to the air cleaner housing. Minor problem, but annoying and a big time waster. It would be nice if they had a checklist or something of the parts they remove so that they can make sure they put everything back on!
