  • This business engages in some unethical practices with regard to selling their service packages. I was never informed at the time of my signing up for the agreement that there would be a $130 cancellation fee (I never agree to binding contracts with cancellation fees), and I was charged $99 for a service that I REPEATEDLY tried to cancel when I told them I would be moving across the country shortly and the house was no longer mine. I recommend that Aptive be up front about their binding agreements rather than engage in predatory business practices.
