  • Ctown is a great box!! They recently just moved in to a brand new building that is AWESOME! It is right next to their old building ( the one with graffiti)! The coaches are very knowledgable and really focus on form. After reading these negative reviews on yelp...I am almost positive that they are coming from competing gyms.. Because coach Carl Will Never ever scream In your face.. EVER.... He has always been soooo helpful and encouraging.. The community here is more than amazing.. And again the new building is amazing!!
