I have been to this location once before and was happy. This last time I was in I brought my two older daughters with me, 9 & 15. My 9 year old likes to paint her own nails as she likes to learn how to do designs and nail art with her own little manicure kit she got from Santa. As we sat down for our mother daughter pedicures the three nail techs looked at my daughters nails and laughed out loud at her and said "what a mess" "she needs a a manicure too". "They look terrible". My daughter was on the verge of tears. You should never say stuff like that to a little girl. We continued to stay for our visit as we wouldn't let their mean comments hurt our evening. A few moments go by and the same ladies doing our pedicure stare at my loose skin on my arms as I have lost 140 pounds, and talk in their language and stare hardcore almost pointing and continuing to talk and stare at me. I may not understand their language but I do understand eye contact. I know they were discussing my body. This place made my daughters and I very uncomfortable and very angry. Terrible customer service. They care more about their money then they do the people. They also screamed about how much I tipped to each other across the room. Very unprofessional. You should not scream about how much gratuity someone decides to leave to you and others across the entire clinic. I hope they learn and grow from this review.
