Really am troubled. The last visit I stopped in to get a oil change 3-4hrs later I was finished. So this time I scheduled a appointment today for 11 am to hopefully skip the excessive wait. I showed up at 10:45am for a 11am appointment, well 1 hour passed and my vehicle had not been moved. I had to ask them about it then they finally got it into the bay., So after about 15 minutes I see my car on the lift, after being told it was about done. So I was asked to check out, (pay) during so, the employee had to speak over the intercom "No smoking in customers cars or around them" So I paid my invoice for the oil change, the employee made another comment over the intercom, stating I paid and is now ready to go. They really made me feel like they were waiting for my payment to get my car back. Still troubled I checked the paperwork, and the tire pressure was document but not adjusted, didn't receive anything to document when my next oil change is. I am now no sure anything was done to my car, cause they were now in a hurry to get me out of there. They didn't review the invoice to go over work and inspections performed. Just wanted me out of there. Must have been lunch time. Now I have to take my car to Discount Tire to check my tire pressures. One observation there was a customer standing in the bay smoking with 2-3 employees smoking around his car I mentioned it to the employee in the show room and he wasn't concerned even when I mentioned insurance issues if the customer gets hurt. They were not worried. I believe it is time to find a different shop since I am concerned the integrity of this shop is questioned. BUYER BEWARE
