  • I've never really been a cupcake person. However, just recently I took a trip to DC and was introduced to a whole 'nother dimension of cupcakes. So, here I am back home, a week after my vacation and craving cupcakes, out of all things. I started a hunt for a cupcake shop on yelp and I ran across Fumanchu. So, my hubs takes a drive over to see what he finds. A few minutes later he comes home with 4 beautiful cupcakes to share. Blueberry moonshine, salted caramel, Irish car bomb and old fashion. Wow! Just wow! Impressive. This is not your ordinary cupcake. I've never had anything like them. All were incredibly delicious. My favorite was the blueberry moonshine with a delicious almond blueberry filling. I'm so happy I tried Fumanchu cupcakes. They are a special treat and one place I will be visiting again soon.
