  • Gym is OK, and trainers are great. But the customer service of the personal training program is bad. I enrolled in an one year program and had to move from Charlotte. And have given a notice on May 10th, so I am fine if I they charge for the month of May, which they did charge ($320), but apart from that, I had to pay for my June too. Since my payment commences on 30th of every month and my 30 day notice is within this period. So guess what I have to pay an additional $320 and that would be a total of $640, without using any of their services.
