We ordered the Pudthai with chicken as our protein, mango sticky rice and Thai tea. The tea was delicious as was the food. The 2 stars comes because there was at least 1 piece of chicken that was definitely a spoiled piece. It tasted as bad as bad chicken smells. I discreetly spit that into the napkin. The tea, mango with sticky rice, and water was not enough to get the taste out of my mouth. Only 3 bites into this dish and unable to finish. Let the server know the situation when she came over. She apologized, took our plates, and returned with check. No manager ever came to check on us to follow up. I know people who go here regularly and love it. I will probably try them again. I do hope they are more cautious with their raw meat. I would think that that chicken left an odor when it was raw that should have been discovered. Also, I would suggest follow up with customers who have legitimate complaints. I usually only give reviews when extremely favorable, I don't bash for poor service or food I don't like. I just don't respond. But after 5 days, I am still bothered by the lack of concern on their end and I am grateful I was not affected with food poisoning
