rev:text	I am beyond disappointed. Can they get a -5 stars because that's what they truly deserve! They could have so much potential but the "resort" is a dirty, stale, rundown, with the worse customer service there is. Only positive thing is the location. As a local I had always wanted to go and experience a lovely snow day with my family but I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. We visited the restaurant for breakfast around 10am. The dinning hall was a mixture of old sticky chairs from a 60's horror movie motel and plastic furniture they wouldn't dare sale at a thrift store. The girl working there was so not happy to be there and sat us with the worst attitude next to the fireplace. The view was amazing if only they cleaned their windows! The menu that was handed to me was covered in frosting and they didn't even serve frosting! The server went ahead and took our drink order, looking at the menu prices I couldn't help to laugh at the $11 omelet with a service and a place looking like it did. We ordered coffee and hot chocolate for drinks. We received two styrofoam cups with a half cup of coffee and a hot chocolate that looked like sock water with a lump of whip cream sinking in the middle. I looked around to find other people drinking out of cups and cups of hot cocoa with a perfect whip cream swirl on top. At this time I paused because if I wanted styrofoam cups I would of gone to the gas station! It is disgusting for a restaurant to not have clean cups and unacceptable to serve in a disgusting styrofoam cup. Couldn't even touch the drinks, and as the story goes server never even came back to take our order; I'm glad because I walked out and left their untouched disgusting coffee and hot cocoa on their register. Worse service of my life! I was even going to pay the $6 for my drinks, at the front register and there was a family that waited 15 minutes to be seated. I tried to get change at the lobby and literally yelled out HELLO... and the reception was empty... even a fellow patron agreed that the place had the worse customer service possible on earth. Very sad and disappointed.
