  • This place is excellent. They standby the quality of their products. Should you ever have an issue with the product you can bring it back and they will repair replace it or issue store credit. Is a wide variety of products from Patagonia to prana. The REI brand is also good. This place is amazing especially if you're looking for winter gear. Compare this place to Ski Pro on Camelback Rd (which is a store with the worst customer service ever). Hands down rei wins. REI knows how to keep a customer! I really like the Paradise Valley location
