  • This is the preferred vendor for my home warranty company. After setting an appointment for servicing an inoperable pool motor, the tech showed and removed my pump motor telling me it would be back in a few days. After a week, and several phone calls unanswered and messages unreturned, I was finally told my motor would be back. A week after it was taken, tech came out, reinstalled, and guess what? Same problem existed. Several more unanswered calls and unreturned messages my iritation level was high. I was surprised to find these ass hats did not have an entry on Yelp. I searched Better Business Bureau, guess what? NINE complaints with the BBB and a revoked accreditation. So I am out my service call money and I do not have a working pool pump motor. STAY AWAY!!!
