  • My husband and I come from Windsor and Detroit is our favourite city in America. So when we moved to the east end and saw this diner, we had to try it. This is my favourite breakfast place in the whole city. As I said, I come from Windsor and I appreciate a greasy spoon breakfast, and that's hard to come by in Toronto at times. I just want two eggs, over-easy, with bacon, homefries and white toast. And no one does that better than the Detroit Eatery. Their bacon is amazing. Perfect every time. I come here often. Love it.
