On my last outing to this location I noticed that none of the employees with the exception of the lady who took my ticket seemed happy. From the kid who sold me the tickets, to the kid who sold and attempted to up sale me on drink and popcorn, none did any of their jobs with a proverbial smile.
It is my thinking that despite probably being paid a minimum wage, working in a movie theater would be a pretty cool place. You get to be around and watch movies. I know you are all watching the really cool movies before anyone else! That alone, should make you happy.
We the movie going audience have been subliminally programed to clean up after ourselves and theaters are significantly cleaner then they were say, ten years ago. So after blowing up my wallet and you not having to scrub a theater down after each showing, what's wrong with spreading some good cheer?
I have zero problems with Regal Cinemas. On a corporate level I have found dealing with them to be professional experience.
The Regal Crown Club rewards card is great. Your guaranteed to get something either free or at discount. But be warned the coupons expire.

The seats are indeed noisy. For someone that can sit still it's not really a problem, but get one rude ass that thinks it's a rocking chair and it makes for a horrible experience.
The bathroom is a labyrinth of rooms and blind corners. Those with small children, please escort them in. The design is spooky.
Now that I have Yelped I doubt that I will be back to this particular theater.
