  • Apparently as a homeowner, this place is good to go through. However, if you are a tenant, this place is not so great.My girlfriend uses this place for 7 of her houses, so she recommended them. I've always rented from a property management and this is the WORST place ever. When I first signed our lease, I paid in Cashier's checks. They actually lost all of my deposits (around $4k) for three days. They wanted me to have them voided and get more to replace them. I let them know I did not have $8k just sitting around waiting to be used. They did find the Cashier's checks 3 days later. My stomach was in knots. I'm a single mother with two children...I just don't have that kind of money. Not a very good first impression. Then, I did not realize we had to use their pool service and not use my previous pool company independently. First off, we have used the same pool place for years and they charge $65 full the full pool service once a week and they will come twice a week during monsoon season at no extra charge. This place they want me to use is $90 a month and my pool has turned green twice. I stopped using them for one month and did it all ourselves and it's not been green or cloudy. We got a letter in the mail stating we needed to use the pool service they recommend. They charged us $35 to send that letter. The staff here is unorganized, unprofessional and incompetent. When my lease is up next June, I will NOT be using this company again. I really do not like to move and stayed in my last place for 6 years, but the LandLord whent through a divorce and the house I was renting went to the ex-husband who needed to live in the house. So possibly this company is great for Home Owners, but I would NEVER recommend them to a renter.
