| - I'd rather come shopping here than the one in our neighborhood, since the client base is mostly (1) elderly people (the neighborhood is an older one, more established, and less transient) and (2) families (rather than the primo weirdos (what I really wanna say are the drugged out tweakers) on maryland pkwy/sahara). We came here a month or so ago, to buy a special- priced patio swing, and I noticed that the customer base was much different than our local one. A plus is, there are no strange people asking for this & that, in the parking lot.
It's a little dated inside, but it's clean (ignore the black-smudged up floors), the deli features boars head (my favorite!!!) and there is a really good sushi counter featuring free samples (!) is seriously, very yummy; it's fresh, the dudes are right there, making it. Yup, you guessed it, we bought a package that had all three flavors that they were giving out.
As we went down the food aisles, it was very easy to navigate.
The checkout process was easy, as we used self-checkout, and there were quite a few to use (empty).
Also has a Pharmacy, US Bank counter and ATM, customer service counter (front sections), as well as their bakery, meat department, deli, and produce section (side sections). Also, has a gas station outside, near the corner facing Flamingo.
