Terrible experience and service. Technician James was awful and seemed to care only about increasing the cost of service in any way he could. He did not appear terribly skilled at what he was supposed to be doing and spent most of the time trying to sell more services. In fact, it appears that this company fosters a culture of dishonesty and deceit based on my experience with the technician and Customer service. Customer service just simply didn't care once payment was made. In fact, my concerns about the dishonesty was never addressed and everybody closed ranks although I had written proof on the invoice that the technician was dishonest in an attempt to gain additional business. Customer service seems to be paid to deflect complaints rather than trying to solve the issues. Even customer service tried to pressure me into spending more money. Extremely overpriced and I would not recommend this company to anybody. It is my advice to avoid this company at all costs.
