  • WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH - Call Sears at 602-633-2005!!!! They are great!! I had SteamKing come out to my rental property to clean the dryer vent duct, as it was clogged with a birds' nest and not only did they not tell me that the damper was GONE (no wonder birds got in - I didn't know bc it's a rental and I wasn't aware the damper had broken off), but they DISLODGED THE VENT DUCT INSIDE OF THE WALL IN MULTIPLE PLACES. They then LIED to me and said that they had cleaned it out and CONFIRMED THE AIR FLOW WAS GREAT - LIES!!!! They had broken the duct and THERE WAS NO AIR FLOW. I had them come back out within 30 days since we were still having the same problem.... and big surprise, THEY FURTHER DAMAGED THE VENT DUCTS (I had no idea until Sears came out to correctly clean and found the damage that SteamKing had caused). I called and spoke with the owner who had the gall to say that even though they stick a brush into the vent duct, "it's impossible to dislodge the duct inside of the wall" LIES LIES LIES INCOMPETENT LIARS. 1) DAMAGED MY HOME AND COST ME $2,000+ TO FIX THEIR DAMAGE - and they wouldn't even consider taking responsibility for what they had done, trying to tell me "it's impossible" to damage the ductwork inside of the wall....what???? I'm no physics expert, but come on.... 2) Bait and switch pricing 3) HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE
