  • I dropped my iPad and the screen stopped working. After a full panic attack, this place was referred to me. I walked in and the guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful. He did an initial diagnosis of what could be broken and said the technicians would take a look and get back to me in a few hours. The 2 options for me were a small $60 LCD fix or a $175 LCD screen replacement. I was called back 4 hours later and told my LCD screen needed to be replaced, and asked if I wanted to go ahead. I said yes and that it would be ready that afternoon! An hour and a half later, I got a call that my iPad was ready to be picked up. AND upon further investigation, only the $60 LCD repair was necessary. I was so happy with the honesty and value of service, and my fixed iPad! I cannot recommend this place enough!
