  • This is by far my least favorite bagel shop. I've tried it 3-4 times now and I'm officially done trying when I don't feel like they ever improve. Twice now they have told me they couldn't warm my bagel to melt the cheese on it because their equipment was broken. One time I tried the drive through on my way to work and they got my order wrong which I discovered once at work. And the last time I was overcharged, or should I say it's inconsistent each time, and when I questioned it she tells me this is how it should be done. Then when I take my order back to the counter to ask for it correctly and she tells me we can't melt the cheese today, she doesn't even offer to refund me or change it. Oh here's an idea, when I order it melted why don't you tell me you can't do it at that time instead of after you take my money. I absolutely hate this place and the crap service. It has been this way since the name change. The original Einsteins was way better. The coffee is horrible and they no longer offer fountain drinks, only bottles that are overpriced. Neighborhood bagel shop gone to sh!t!!
