My advice is to daily check your account and keep as little in the bank as possible, because they have a tendency to give your money away to strangers while asking you 1000 security questions to answer a simple question. Not to mention the hold time for reporting such fraud is a minimum of 30 minutes possibly more. Why have a bank that is like having another mouth to feed or child to care for. Now, I have to call them back to clear up THEIR mistake and the fees they charged me for their mistake. What happened to all these scare tactics security measures they used to change my account card (to the the new security chip) without my consent. (bogus) there was no fraudulent activity, but when there is REAL FRAUDULENT activity they are slow as molasses to clear it up. Well after 30+ years of being a loyal customer, I guess it is time to look elsewhere. Opening up a new account across the street today.
