  • Ahh what happened to this place?! When they first opened it was awesome! Literally had to keep myself from stopping in just to walk around and enjoy the beauty. Over the past year it's gone downhill. The staff has been rude and not at all helpful- it used to be you couldn't walk through a department without an associate trying to help you if needed. Lately I don't even get eye contact or a smile. The last time I came in to shop was right after Amazon bought them and the store was going through a major overhaul. Completely stressful and chaotic to the point where I almost had a panic attack. Half the shelves were empty and others were pushed so close together you couldn't walk. In my opinion they should have closed the store for a few days till they got it together. Because of the mayhem the employees were even ruder- which I didn't think possible. Haven't been back since and that used to be my vegan haven.
