  • Do not bother. Two guys arrived at my house, did not have enough water to do the job, had me trying to turn on a spigot on the outside of my house that had never been used. One of them was combative and when I asked him to go over a few stains in our basement, he was a total jerk about it, that he'd "be there all day and would not get it clean". In fact, the areas he went over again got clean, but when you rush to get three rooms and a staircase done in 30 minutes, it's gonna look like nothing was done. The whole point was to get the downstairs carpet cleaned, and it looks like garbage, and was soaked for two days. I just wanted them out of my house. I would literally do a better job buying a Bissell and doing it myself, which I will do in the future. Buyer beware.
