| - Ok, so business owners are not come by today with such incredible recommendation as I will make tonight for Jim, with SoClean. I can say without reservation that I'd hire him for any qualified job, on the spot! Not only did he blow me away with his service and expertise, but I actually feel inspired to be a better person, after tonight. It's Sunday (and normally I would never spend my S afternoon writing a review) and this review comes only minutes after getting off the phone with Jim. Let me keep my experience short and sweet:
He returns my phone call (unexpected, Sunday night) within minutes of my leaving a message that my spa emptied and my new pool equipment ceased to function (and I programmed most of it myself). He informs me that I live too far away, that his company does not service my area but proceeds to ask me to walk him through my pool problems (he does this without any solicitation on my part). He gets excited and tells me that he will have me up and running within minutes but that I would need to first text him a picture of my equipment. He calls me right back and walks me through pulling off my electronic valve, running a couple of tests and then manually adjusting the valve for the spa fill. He correctly diagnoses and isolates the problem to a bad electronic valve, gives me a good service referral for the future and tells me to call him back with any other problems or questions I may have. And in the mean time, I have my pool, spa and cleaner up and running again until I get the valve replaced (which he also gave me detailed instruction for replacing, over the phone).
All this, complimentary over the phone, on a Sunday afternoon. And his Scottish accent makes him sound even that much cooler! You can't even find this level of service at a high premium, these days. 110% recommended!!!
