  • I ordered a bouquet for my wife through FTD. I've posted pictures of the advertised bouquet and the one my wife received, as well as the bouquet as it looks now. Long story short, I was displeased. I contacted FTD, and they were extremely unhelpful. When I found out about which shop provided the flowers, I wrote a review that conveyed my disappointment, and Faith responded almost immediately. Within 8 hours, my wife received a replacement bouquet that was everything I had expected. I certainly won't be using FTD ever again, but Faith has made me a loyal customer that plans to come back. We Luv Flowers provides a quality product with an example of how customer service is supposed to be. I'm happy to support this business! Thank you, Faith! By the way, new picture posted with the new bouquet!
