  • I called AC by J because my AC went out in the afternoon heat here in Arizona. I first contacted my home warranty company and was extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service and cooperation. The technician, Darren, came out and was perhaps the most friendly and informative technician I have ever met. The AC was fixed in an hour and I had relief from the 110 degree heat. I will continue to pay out of pocket for this company to service my AC and I will ask for Darren to be dispatched the call if possible. Absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them :)
