  • I would not recommend this place. I went in to get a battery for my Tissot watch and the guy who "helped" me refused to sell me a battery. He said they would only sell it to me if they replaced it. He said it was their store policy. In my opinion, the man who waited on me was arrogant and dismissive. He just did not seem to care that he would be losing a customer over a battery. He seemed to be rather proud of the store's policy and made no attempt to explain the rationale, even after I asked him to explain the policy. Rest assured, my next Tissot watch will not be bought at this store. I have a Tissot Touch and it is easy to pop the back case off and remove the battery. No jeweler expertise required. If you need a battery, go to Radio Shack. I found the exact same brand at Radio Shack that Tissot provided with the original watch. Only $6. Hope this helps.
