| - As a beer/brand Ambassador for the company that I work for, for the 1st time, I decided to check out some of the breweries in Las Vegas.
I went on Yelp and researched several different breweries that were located in Las Vegas and the first one that I knew that I wanted to try out Tenaya Creek Brewery!!
I saw the pictures of their flights, the beer selection that they had, I was instantly impressed and couldn't wait to finally get there.
When I arrived in Vegas and checked into my hotel the first place that I went to visit is the brewery... I got there and immediately the energy of the brewery felt wrong.
Granted, there was only one bartender at the time and he was really slammed, but I just noticed how rude he was to several customers.
I heard an old man ordera particular stout or Porter and the bartender kept asking coffee or Nitro, coffee or Nitro? And the customer was completely confused as to what he should order so the bartender looked at him and said he took too long and walked to the other side of the bar.
As a bartender and brand ambassador who has worked in customer service for a very long time I was completely distraught to see this happen.
I knew that I wanted a flight, but there were no prices listed so all I wanted to do was ask the bartender how much flights were... I was going to order a beer for me and a beer for my boyfriend to begin with, since I noticed that the bartender was busy but I just wanted to know how much flights were.
The bartender looked at me rolled his eyes, chuckled and said I don't have time for flights right now and walk back to the other end of the bar.
I was so frustrated because I traveled all the way from Los Angeles and I was so excited to come to this Brewery... Only to get there to notice several acts of rudeness to customers and to myself... When the bartender walked to the other side of the bar after being rude to us, my boyfriend looked at, me shook his head, and I knew it was time to go.
As we were walking up the doorto leave, the bartender, who was a white male with blue eyes and blond long dreads smiled at us and said hey guys flights are $10 let me know if you do decide to choose one... I looked at him rolled my eyes and chuckled, just like he did to me previously.
This actually happened at the end of March, and I thought about it for a very long time whether or not I should post a Yelp review... But after being back home in Los Angeles and visiting so many other great breweries, I decided to post this review and let everyone know about the horrible experience I had at this Brewery in Las Vegas... After leaving this Brewery I checked out a few more that were much better so please do your research!!!
