First off, for the price I paid, the room was worth it overall. The only reason I give 3 stars is because of the management of the towers.
Check-in was great, the lady was very helpful and quick and I made it to the room and was in awe! The amenities in the one bedroom suite were great!
The problem with management arose when I requested linens for the sofa bed at 9:30pm. It took 5 additional phone calls to both front desk and housekeeping (including being left on hold for 10 minutes by Deborah at the front desk and my threatening Tim in housekeeping with going to reception and screaming in person) to get the linens at 1:10am.
I'd say as long as you don't need anything from the towers other than towels, you'll be fine. At least I know that if I stay here again, all I have to do to get things done quickly is threaten to scream in person at the front desk.
